1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TheMouseMover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TheMouseMover is a web-based service that generates synthetic browser activity to help keep your status active on communication platforms like any third-party platform and third-party platforms. The Service operates entirely within your browser and does not control your operating system's mouse cursor.

3. Subscription and Payment

TheMouseMover operates on a subscription model:

• Monthly subscription fee: $1.00 USD
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Plan" button in your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial months
• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
• You may resubscribe at any time

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided. When you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your paid billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and your employer's policies
• Not share your account with others
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Service Limitations

You understand and acknowledge that:

• The Service operates within browser limitations and cannot control your system's actual mouse cursor
• Effectiveness may vary depending on your system configuration and the applications you use
• We do not guarantee that the Service will prevent idle status on all platforms
• The Service requires an active browser window to function

8. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any employment-related consequences of using this Service
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Any reason we deem appropriate

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
